Living your best life, without giving up the life you have.
I am a Transformation Coach and a Motivational Speaker. I am also a social worker, a wife, a mother and an animal lover.
With 30+ years experience working with people, I have come to know a few things about what makes a great life and what doesn’t. While it is sometimes appealing to pack it all in and pull an “Eat, Pray, Love”, or an “Under the Tuscan Sun”, walk away and start fresh in a new, exotic location with not a care in the world, it’s not realistic for the majority of us. And I actually like my life. I like the people in my life – my spouse, my kids, my family and friends and pets – and I don’t really want to leave all that behind.
So what’s left? I could choose to think that I am just ‘stuck’ with whatever conditions are currently in my life, embrace the suck, accept mediocrity, and carry on…OR I could choose to work within the life I have and be my best self.
I choose option 2; I choose to live my best life, WITHIN THE LIFE I CURRENTLY HAVE. How, exactly, do I do this?
I choose to question my self-imposed limitations, my beliefs of scarcity, my fears and hang ups, and consider a different way of thinking, of being and of acting. I choose to SHOW UP in my life and not live it on autopilot. I’ve been there, done that, and it sucks.
I have created a road map for how to do exactly this. Perhaps “Guide” is a better term than “road map”, since it will look different for each one of us. Why? Because we are all different. We all live different lives, with our own beliefs, gifts, challenges and limitations. Everyone’s journey to their best self is unique. One thing we all have in common, however, is that we can ALL get closer to our best selves. We can ALL use our gifts and strengths, and we can ALL work towards making this a better life for our world.
Are you in? Are you ready? Let’s GO!
